Context

While at Havas Health, I designed the UI for a touchscreen installation developed for an industry trade show. The booth enabled GPs to explore the benefits of TEVA’s Connected Inhaler through a guided, interactive experience.

The Experience

The installation combined live-action video with touchscreen UI overlays, allowing GPs to move through simulated patient scenarios. Users could “meet” patients with asthma, review treatment journeys and see how connected inhaler data augmented traditional consultation feedback.

The interface was designed for a public, standing interaction environment. Touch targets, navigation flow and pacing were structured to feel intuitive and self-guided within a limited time window.

The experience concluded with structured feedback, enabling TEVA to capture clinician sentiment and insights to inform future R&D.

Outcome

The installation translated a complex connected health proposition into a tangible, hands-on demonstration while collecting structured user feedback in a live event environment.
